Designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga as well as experienced yogis seeking recognition and a continued understanding of the basic postures. The beginners classes introduce the fundamental principles of Yoga - alignment, an understanding of yoga postures, how to find stability in your posture. Teaches you how to breathe, pranayama - utilizing, gaining control and understanding the movement of breath throughout the body to release stagnant energy, release blockages and enhance vitality throughout the body and mind. The practitioner will be introduced to yoga postures through verbal step by step demonstration. 

If you have never done yoga before this class is for you. Class concludes with meditation, relaxation and visualization.
