We conduct private classes at our studio between our regular class times. Classes need to pre-booked. Each session is designed especially for you and will focus on postures for your body type taking into consideration your personal health and goals. If you’re a beginner it’s a great way to learn proper alignment. If you’re intermediate or advanced it’s an opportunity to take your practice a step further and work on your personal needs. Private classes will improve your technique, increase your motivation and help you focus on your potential to attain the level you aim for.
